Welcome to the Mommy Club! By using totsamerica.com, you agree to the following "rules of the playgroup." We’ve kept these simple because we know you’re busy.

1. Our Global Community

Tots America is an international boutique. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that the items will be used in a lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason (though we’d much rather be sending you cute clothes!).

2. International Shipping & Customs

We bring the best of global "tot" fashion to your doorstep.

  • The Essentials: Once a package leaves our international fulfillment center, the local courier and customs office take over.

  • Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be settled according to your local laws to release your package.

3. The "Kindness Loop" Exchange Policy

Our unique exchange process is a core part of the Tots America mission.

  • Donation Requirement: To qualify for a free replacement piece (Size/Style exchange), customers must provide photo proof of the original item being donated to a local charity.

  • Shipping Fees: While the replacement product is 100% free, the customer is responsible for the international courier charges.

  • Abuse Protection: To ensure we can continue helping families in need, we reserve the right to limit the number of "Kindness Exchanges" per household.

4. Pricing & Product Accuracy

We strive for "picture-perfect" accuracy. However, due to different screen calibrations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Price Errors: In the rare event of a technical glitch where a price is listed incorrectly, Tots America reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

5. Secure Payments

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption and third-party payment processors (like Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe). Tots America does not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tots America provides high-quality children’s apparel "as is." While we obsess over quality, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays caused by international shipping carriers.
